Rockin’on Group Rhapsody Music Anime project kicks off on February 16 – News

Story of 4 groups told with music, concerts, vocal dramas, anime

the rockin’on group, the editor of ROCKIN’ON JAPAN magazine and the organizer of the ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL event, are opening a teaser site for their Rhapsody musical anime project on Tuesday. The site and accompanying teaser video announced that the project will launch on February 16.

The slogan of the project is: “… Rock is a story of sorrow and hope. The story portrays the dedication and drive of four groups under the Rhapsody label: the four-member rock band Pink Flag with personal trauma, the loud rock band Haru no Jūjika (Spring Cross) of high school students , the folk unit Bluebird composed of child friends, and the duo of brothers EDM System of Romance (SOR).

The project will include pieces of music, live concerts, vocal dramas and cartoons. In addition to the teaser site, the project opened its official Twitter account and Youtube channel. The project also posted billboards and videos on giant outdoor screens at Makuhari Messe, the Chiba venue for the “Countdown Japan 21/22” rock festival which kicked off on Tuesday.

the rockin’on The group had planned to launch their first musical anime project in the summer of 2020, after hosting auditions from August 1 to September 30, 2019.
